While many lawyers file cases, few are prepared for or have the experience to take cases through trial and appeals. Since 1994, our attorneys have prosecuted cases on behalf of individuals against large corporate defendants, litigating over 50 wage and hour class actions in both state and federal courts around:
- Overtime compensation
- Meal and rest breaks
- Vacation pay
- Final payments at time of termination
- Off-the-clock compensation
- Minimum wage violations
- Failure to properly calculate premium wage rate
- Failure to pay business expenses
- Unlawful deductions from pay
Wynne Law Firm has the distinction of being the only law firm in California history to have tried to judgment the first and only wage and hour class action under California’s outside sales exemption. In this case, we obtained a $15 million dollar judgment for the class and an $18.6 million dollar attorney fee award against a major national bank on behalf of a class of retail branch employees (which is currently on appeal before the California Supreme Court).
Leveraging the skills and experience necessary to obtain the best results for our clients, our attorneys have earned their well-deserved reputation in the legal community for expertise and tenacity.
