In September 2024, unauthorized persons accessed MoneyGram’s information systems and stole customers’ personal identifiable information. The stolen information included consumer names, contact information (such as phone number, email address, and postal address), dates of birth, Social Security numbers, government-issued identification documents, utility bills, bank account numbers, MoneyGram Plus Rewards numbers, transaction information, and for some consumers, criminal investigation information.

Case No. 24-cv-01277-JLT-CDB
In August 2024, unauthorized persons accessed Omni’s information systems and stole the personal identifiable information and protected health information of Omni patients. The stolen private information included names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, health insurance plan information, financial information, and private medical information.

Garcia, et al. v. Set Forth, Inc.

Case No. 24-cv-11688
Set Forth is a dedicated account administrator and processor for consumer debt relief programs offered by Set Forth’s business part, Centrex, Inc. In May 2024, unauthorized persons accessed Set Forth’s information systems and stole the personal identifiable information, including consumer names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and confidential financial information of at least 1.5 million customers.

In November 2024 Stiiizy identified suspicious activity on its computer system and learned that unauthorized third parties had accessed personal identifiable information including names, addresses, dates of birth, age, drivers’ license numbers, passport numbers, photographs, signatures appearing on government ID cards, medical cannabis card, transaction histories.
